Use of cookies

The website www.forum-altoetting.de uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.

Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for the cookie. It consists of a character string that allows websites and servers to be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the websites and servers visited to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognised and identified via the unique cookie ID.

Through the use of cookies, www.emmanuel.de can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimised for the benefit of the user. As already mentioned, cookies enable us to recognise the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter their access data each time they visit the website because this is taken over by the website and the cookie stored on the user’s computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping basket in an online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping basket via a cookie.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programmes. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA in our contact form because we want to make our services available to real people and keep bots away from them. You can find more information about the data collected by reCAPTCHA and its use in the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Terms of Service.

Links to websites of other providers

Our online offer contains links to websites of other providers. We have no influence on whether these providers comply with data protection regulations.

Only the processing of registrations for the events is regulated by an order data processing contract with FRITZ+WALL GbR. In this contract, FRITZ+WALL GbR undertakes to take all necessary measures in accordance with the GDPR, such as measures to ensure confidentiality in accordance (with Art. 32 para. 1 lit. B GDPR).

Social Media

You will find various social media buttons on our website, including Facebook, Google+, Twitter and possibly others. These buttons only contain links. No data is transferred to the respective social media providers during your visit to our website. Only when you click on one of the buttons will the respective page open in a separate window and you will be redirected.

Protection of minors

Persons under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children and young people. We do not knowingly collect such data and do not pass it on to third parties.

Statistics

We use Koko to optimise our offers. Koko Analytics is a privacy-friendly analytics plugin for WordPress. It does not use any external services, so the data about your visits here is never shared with third parties.

Your rights

Information: You have the right to know what personal data about you is stored, from what source and for what purpose. If your data is transferred to third parties, you must also be informed of this. If this is the case, you must be informed about the identity of the recipient or the categories of recipients.

Erasure: You can request the erasure of your data. This is possible if the legal basis for the data processing is missing or has ceased to exist. The same applies in the event that the purpose of the data processing no longer applies due to the passage of time or other reasons. Please note that an existing retention period or other legitimate interests of our organisation may prevent deletion. We will be happy to inform you of this on request. If we have made your data public, we are obliged to inform each recipient that you have requested the deletion of all links to this personal data or of copies of this personal data

Rectification: If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or completed.

Objection: You can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes. Your data must then be blocked for these purposes.

You have a right to restriction of processing if you contest the accuracy of the personal data concerning you for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or if you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and it is not yet certain whether the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh your reasons.

You also have the right to object if your legitimate interest outweighs the interest of processing due to a personal situation. However, this does not apply if we are obliged to carry out the processing due to a legal provision.

Complaint to a supervisory authority: Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes data protection law.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
