Help days for adults

The Forum attracts over 1000 people to Altötting every year. So that they can experience a great program and are also well looked after, there is a time before the Forum when volunteers lend a hand – in practical and/or creative ways.

Many different jobs are carried out:

    • Setting up large tents for the food serving area and the children’s program
    • Setting up the beer sets for the catering area
    • Decoration of the stage and locations
    • Preparation of the Kapellplatz
    • Transportation of various items from Josefsburg to the locations
    • Various tasks in the Josefsburg for the forum (beforehand: providing and arranging materials; afterwards: sorting and putting everything away again)
    • Tasks in the garden and outdoor area of Josefsburg

You can also expect the following during the helper days:

 

  • Collective praise, Holy Mass and times of adoration
  • Getting to know lots of new people
  • A wonderful community

You should meet these requirements:

  • 30 years of age or older
  • Openness for various tasks around the construction and dismantling of the forum

 

Good to know:

    • You will receive a cheaper participation ticket for the forum.
    • Accommodation and meals will be provided during the helper days.
